Do you support sites you didn't build?
In most cases yes, after the free compatibility check confirms the stack is one we can maintain safely.
What happens if I need more hours than my plan includes in a month?
Extra hours are billed at a stated rate, agreed before the work — never a surprise on the invoice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — see Refund & Cancellation for the exact notice period.
Is annual billing actually cheaper?
Yes — annual billing is 10 months' price for 12 months of cover (2 months free), shown as the “compare at” price on each plan.
What counts as a “content change”?
Text edits, image swaps, adding a page within your existing structure, minor styling tweaks — not a new design or new functionality.
How fast is “response time”?
Each plan states its own response-time commitment; it's the time to first response, not necessarily full resolution, for issues reported within business hours.
