What happens after you buy.
Every package on this site follows the same five steps — here's exactly what we do, and what we need from you, at each one.
01 — Order confirmed.
You receive your order reference and a confirmation email. We review your project notes from checkout within 1 business day.

02 — Brief call or form.
For most packages, a short call (15–30 minutes) or a structured brief form confirms scope, content status, and your preferred start window.

03 — Build, on a staging link.
Work happens on a private staging environment. You can watch it take shape and leave feedback as it goes, not just at the end.

04 — Review & revise.
Your package's included revision rounds happen here — a consolidated round of feedback, not endless back-and-forth.

05 — Launch.
We move the finished work to your domain (or your production environment) on the date your package promised, and send a short handover note.
What we need from you
- Your logo and any existing brand assets (if you have them)
- Access to your domain/hosting, or confirmation you'll set it up when we're ready to launch
- Content (text, images) for a Website Design & Build project — or tell us you need the copywriting/imagery add-ons
- Product data (names, prices, stock) for an E-Commerce build
- A single point of contact for approvals and feedback
- Turnaround on feedback within the window your package's delivery date assumes
