How does checkout work?
Add one or more packages to your cart, go through a short checkout (contact, billing, project details, payment, review), and you'll land on a confirmation page with an order reference. No account is required.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes — every order gets an invoice addressed to the billing details you provide at checkout.
Can scope change mid-project?
Yes, if you need it to — but any genuine addition is quoted and agreed before it's built, never silently added to the invoice.
What if I'm slow giving feedback?
Slower feedback moves the delivery date back — it doesn't compress the remaining work into the original window.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes, any time — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the exact notice period.
