2. What we sell

webnestteam sells fixed-scope, fixed-price digital services — website builds, web applications, e-commerce stores, UX/UI and brand design, website care plans, and SEO & growth services — published as packages on /packages/, each with a stated price (excluding VAT), included/excluded scope, and delivery window. We also offer bespoke, quote-only work for scope too variable to publish a fixed catalogue price — these are agreed individually before any work or payment.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices shown on the site are in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT (IVA). Portugal's standard VAT rate, currently 23%, is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before the total you're asked to pay. The price and scope of a package are exactly as stated on its page at the time you add it to your cart.

4. Placing an order

An order is placed by adding one or more packages/add-ons to your cart and completing checkout. You'll receive an order reference and a confirmation. A contract for the ordered service is formed once you receive that confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if the requested work is materially different from what's actually needed, or if fraud is suspected — we'll always tell you why.

5. Payment

At launch, the card payment step is a demonstration: no payment is taken and no card details are transmitted or stored. A genuinely working alternative — bank transfer against an invoice — is offered at checkout. If webnestteam later connects a live payment provider, these terms will be updated to describe it before it goes live.

6. Delivery and your responsibilities

Delivery windows are stated per package and begin once we've confirmed your brief, not the date of payment. Timely delivery depends on you providing agreed content, access, and feedback within the timeframes described in our Process page; delays on your side move the delivery date, they don't compress our remaining work.

7. Scope changes

Each package states what is included and excluded. Any change to that scope is quoted and agreed with you before it's built — never added silently to your invoice, and never force-fitted into the original price without your agreement.

8. Ownership and intellectual property

Unless a package page states otherwise, on full payment and delivery you own the code, content and design assets created specifically for your project, and any domain registered in your name remains yours. webnestteam retains the right to reference completed, non-confidential work for its own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Full detail is in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and how it applies to digital services you ask us to start early.

10. Liability

webnestteam delivers services with reasonable skill and care, to the scope stated on your package or agreed proposal. To the extent permitted by Portuguese law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific package or project giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact support@webnestteam.com first — we aim to resolve it directly. As a Portuguese consumer-facing business, we also maintain a Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, accessible at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always applies to new orders from the date it is published. Changes never apply retroactively to reduce the scope or rights of an order already placed.

13. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
