Questions about Discovery Sprint
Do I need the Discovery Sprint before the Build Slot Deposit?
Not strictly, but we recommend it — the deposit reserves a slot for a scope that should already be agreed; buying it first without a defined scope means the project's actual price is still unknown.
What if the build ends up smaller or larger than the Discovery Sprint estimated?
The fixed-price proposal is based on the scoped feature list; genuine changes to that list are re-quoted before they're built, never silently absorbed or silently charged.
